I'm a professor, mom, trauma-informed yoga instructor, and PhD researcher who’s spent years decoding her own healing. Step 1 | Learn & Gather Data

I started with what I do best: learning. I read—a lot—and curated my Top 10 Healing Books to share the insights that made the biggest difference. Then I got curious about my data.
